beals alliance has been working with the San Joaquin Delta Community College Delta College since the fall of 2006 on projects at the Delta campus in Stockton, CA. The College and District determined that a comprehensive study should be completed for all facilities including the fields, tennis courts, and stadium. San Joaquin Delta Community College District retained beals alliance developed a Physical Education, Recreation and Athletics (PERA) Specific Plan, which was completed in three phases. The first phase included demolition of an existing parking lot, construction of a new natural turf field, track and field throwing events, and spectator areas. The second phase included synthetic infill turf, dugouts, scoreboard, fencing and spectator seating for the competition softball field and surrounding landscaping, fencing, parking and pathways. The third phase included synthetic infill turf for the competition football playing surface, renovation of the existing track facilities, fencing, scoreboard and jumping field events.
