Berman Residence

The Berman home is located on a golf course with a dramatically sloped backyard and a golf cart path just behind. The backyard was raised six feet cutting off the foreground and bringing the background forward providing a forced perspective of the golf course that gives the Berman's the view they desired and also cuts down on cart path noise. Trees were strategically placed so that every view from the home framed a beautiful image of the course. The design provides living spaces outside as you exit the inside and is terraced down to the natural configuration of the pool area.
