SAN JOAQUIN DELTA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT

I have been working closely with beals alliance, inc. the past three years on the San Joaquin Delta College PERA Division Specific Plan. As the PERA Division Steering Committee Chairperson and Division Dean, we selected beals alliance to work on our athletic bond project. This project included responsibility for assessment, recommendation, options, preliminary budget and design of the Delta College Sports Complex. This project involved the design of field-turf baseball field, natural turf soccer field, Mondo surface track, field-turf football and softball fields. The baseball field and soccer field have been successfully completed and we are within a couple of months for the final work on the other sports complex projects. Delta College is very pleased and happy with our working relationship and results of beals alliance.
