I am writing this letter to document the outstanding customer service and client satisfaction I have experienced from beals alliance and its predecessors over the last 20 plus years. Business formats and plans have evolved over that time, but the important values and methodologies of the beals’ organization have remained constant, providing an ongoing certainty of quality and experience that has kept them on my “A” list, regardless of time or place.

My personal knowledge as a client starts in San Jose in the late 1980’s and extends to Sacramento in the new millennium. The results of their work have always been exemplary and have kept me coming back. It also includes a unique understanding of their expertise from the perspective of a consulting associate. When my own firm was confronted with negotiation and design issues on a critical State of California coastal park issue, beals was the first support I sought. As expected, they were instrumental in bringing the State and the City of Ventura together on a consensus plan.

The more recent evolution of beals alliance as a leader in the sports facility design and development is the reason I chose them to assist the City of Sacramento in its first all weather sports field. We were not disappointed, and the facility has exceeded our expectations for public recreation opportunities. Their creativeness and their knowledge of the industry was a most necessary ingredient in the financing and development of the facility. They remain on my “A” list and I look forward to working with them in the future.
