El Dorado Union High School District

Four high schools, two different delivery methods, two timelines, two general contractors, four different teams comprised of different combinations of bidding methods, GC’s and grading contractors.

El Dorado, Ponderosa and Union Mine high schools were all new track and football field projects. Oak Ridge already had a track and so we replaced their living turf field with synthetic and provided irrigation and field event upgrades.
